An original art project by Iveta Pol\u00e1k \u010cuchtov\u00e1 using 22 drawings of well-known and lesser-known Slavic deities to explore mythology, culture and ancestral ideas about the world.<\/p>\n

The University of Pre\u0161ov describes Straten\u00e9 Dedi\u010dstvo as an interactive exhibition of 22 drawings depicting well-known and lesser-known Slavic deities. The project introduces Slavic culture, ideas about the world and ways of life.<\/p>\n
University of Pre\u0161ov \u00b7 exhibition article \u2197<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Interactive layer<\/p>\n At the University Library exhibition, each drawing was accompanied by spoken word accessed through a QR code and a specific scent for each deity. The purpose was not only to transmit information, but to activate the visitor\u2019s imagination and allow individual interpretations to meet the artist\u2019s own.<\/p>\n University Library \u2197<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Prebudenie \u00b7 2025<\/p>\n At Caraffka City Gallery the project expanded into Straten\u00e9 dedi\u010dstvo: Prebudenie<\/em>. The City of Pre\u0161ov presented it as a combination of visual art, digital animation, sound and mythological storytelling.<\/p>\n Across 22 interactive works, QR codes revealed voice, sound and story.
